For over 20 years, Oleksandra Matviichuk has defended human rights issues in Ukraine and the OSCE region. She heads the Center for Civil Liberties, a human rights organization recently awarded the Nobel Peace Prize that has focused on documenting war crimes and crimes against humanity since Russia’s invasion into Ukraine. Matviichuk discusses with CNN how national systems must hold Russia accountable for the crimes they have committed.
